How serious is 'turbo oil seap'? 850

I bought a 97 850 GLT (LPT) a couple months ago. In reviewing the service records from the previous owner I see the following at the bottom of every service invoice under "recommended work": "Turbo Oil SEAP." Does anyone know what this is? Is it a serious problem that should be fixed ASAP? If this is some kind of an oil leak, will drops of oil be evident on the floor after parking overnight? Finally, what will it cost to fix it? (I'm not a do-it-yourself-er, so I'll be taking it to a garage.)

Thanks.
