pnp switch !!! 850 1996

Yes I replaced the pnp switch myself. Someone mentioned on the brickboard to give yourself 4 hours to do the job. Thats about right. The hardest part of the job for me was figuring out how the pnp switch electrical connector comes apart.The pictures on volvospeed bay 13 were very helpfull. The connector looks totally molded together but its not it snaps together like a jigsaw puzzle.

Yes I bought my switch from a dealer. I saw one later on the internet from a discount parts place and the picture looked identical to the one I bought. The price though if you include shipping and the us exchange rate didn't save me much money. As far as the alignment tool that they say is required, I didn't use one and my installation worked fine. Just be patient and methodical.
