Just traded '95 850 T5 for 99 S70 T5 and have radio questions S70 1999

the VCNA site says I should have the premium sound system (10 speaker, CD changer/Tape unit in dash)

It has the base (or sort of base) tape only with 8 speakers.

I know an apline changer can hook up to it with the adapter, but I'm hoping that someone will have some detailed info about the 8 speaker system, and can perhaps advise me on what to do next (in terms of trying to score a used or reman cd in dash system - would it work right with only 8 speakers, or buying the alpine or a used volvo unit for the changer)
