Cold Air S80 2000

I have a '00 S80-2.9 which for the most part I'm very pleased with. Have had some problems but dealer is execellent. My major complaint is cold air entering near gas pedal. This is my third winter experiencing the problem. My foot, ankle specifically gets so cold I have to take my foot off the gas pedal for a few moments to warm up. Dealer has checked for leaks to no avail. Any one else experiencing this problem? Ideas are welcomed.
