pnp switch !!! 850 1996

Hi,

I just had my PNP switch replaced. My symptoms were not being able to shift out of 1st in D or into 4th in D in winter mode before the car warmed up. I live in Minneapolis and have a great independent mechanic. I had my front rotors, pads, rear pads, and the left rear caliper replaced (stuck piston). In any case the PNP switch costs around $130 from a dealer, you can get the part online for around $110, not much of a savings after shipping, unless shipping is free. The labor cost for the PNP switch was $105, so total cost was about $235. The break pads used are Raybestos ceramic QS, and the rotors are from Brembo.
