New 850 Turbo owner 850 1995

I picked up an 850 Turbo Sedan last week. 90k miles and in GREAT condition. I really like it so far and I have a few questions.

The car was serviced every 5k by dealer and is now ready for the 90k service. I won't be flushing the coolant or transmission as those were done about 2k ago. Coolant res was replaced and flushed at that time.

What engine oil, transmission fluid and spark plugs would you recommend I use.
