S-40 headlights S40-V40

I have a C-70 (2000) and like the look of the S-40 headlights better. Do the lenses have brackets that hold them to the housing or are they one piece? I'm sure the lenses will fit up nicely to my C-70 housings if so- at least they look to be the same size unit..
