belt slipping to one side... 850 1993

my serp belt is slipping off to one side (towards the resevoir) of the power steering pump pully. i had taken off the powersteering pump to replace the resevoir. when i put it back on and started the car i notice the belt slipping. ive made sure everything is nice and snug but its still doing it.
im completely at a loss here...
if anyone has any suggestions that would be great.
