V70R AWD suspension.... V70-XC70

So guys.. I was wondering how to get a lower ride on my R wagon.. Well after I wrecked my car and had it repaired, the body shop used salvaged parts, and the front suspension HAD to come off a XC, but the dealer could never tell me the right part, they said had to match what was on it, but those parts were tossed during re-build. So I drove around a while with the front of my car two inches higher than it should be.. damn it sucked.. finally I got the chance to buy new shocks. I got a set off a GLT FWD model and swapped them.. Now I got a spring rate that when ut under the R chassis, sets about 1 inch lower than the AWD models, and get all the travel its supposed to. I love it! no more jacked up R! Just an idea if anyone wanted to try.. it works fine.
