Yes I was the guy whose wife's car always has this problem with the intercooler freezing up. Sorry to hear that someone else is having the same problem. I have been thinking of bypassing the intercooler in the winter months. I'm sure this would solve the problem. I've posted many messages over the years regarding this problem but no one seems to have heard of it. All the intercooler piping modifications and drain nipple modifications have been done but the problem persists. I have also cleaned out the intercooler.

If you have any luck in solving the problem I would appreciate if you could let me know. Thanks
