The labor cost in Boston Volvo and Dalzell Volvo are about the same now : $80 per hour. Moreover, dealer should refill the antifreeze for you after the replacement. A gallon of coolant is about $15 from Boston Volvo (I just bought one from them). So the total price is reasonable. I did the replacement myself in the summer of 2002. I also replaced all the bolts/screws around the radiator, new clamps for the hoses and new hoses (upper and lower) too. Most of the bolts/screws around the radiator and fan shroud were mostly rusted after 7 years.
