Seat Heater Element 850 1994

Dear Group:

I have a 1994 Volvo with Leather seats with a bad seat heater element.
I have gone through the all the diagnostics recommend on the board eg.
Switch has voltage & theromstat works and completes circuit cold. I found one element in the drivers seat with no continuity with power at the wiring harnesses (in front of the seat).

I need advice as to the best place to buy a replacement seat elements and how to remove the existing heating element.

Also, is there a relay for the heated seats? My pocket Volvo book shows no relays for the heated seats and a visual look under the seats showed no relays. I like to know because I will replace the relay at the same time.
