OBD-II Code P0410, 1997 850 ???? 850

I had the same code on my 87 850. I finally traced it to the rubber vacum line that runs from the flame trap then under the intake and connects to the other side of the intake. The line on mine had a small split from heat damage. The funny thing is it did not leak all the time. Gas mileage and performance were erratic. I replaced it with a longer hose that I ran around the front of the engine. My wife was "much pleased." Hope this helps.
