S60 2001 Headlights going out. S60 2001

I've been thru 3 bulbs in 18 months. Each time they change both the left and right. I've had to replace the front twice and the rear brake light one. The service rep told me it's becasue the daytime running lights are on all the time that they burn out. Sounds good to me.....
