Remember-- more cushion, better push'in V70-XC70 1998

Of the sidewalls that is! ASK--if ya wanna soften the ride, I would move up to a 60 series tire for a slightly taller sidewall which will add to more "cushion". I just did the opposite on my wifes 99 Passat. Car had 65 series Michelin Mxv's and felt like it was on rubber bands when you would twitch the wheel. I changed to 60 series bridgestone RE950's and she handles like a champ with still a smooth ride!! I plan to go with these on my 98V70RAWD in a 60 series as the 55 series tires I now have seem hard to me. Remember---the bigger the "cushion" (higher side wall), the better the push'in(of the bump force that is). Go for it! The boys at Tire Rack can help u out!
