Heated Side mirrors - not working 850 1996

As these mirrors age, it is not uncommon that the heating elements die on them. Check your fuse first. Then, if you adjust one of your mirrors all the way up and reach under and gently pull on the glass, it will pop off. Check the contacts with a wire tester to see if you are getting power up there. If you are, the elements in the glass are dead. They run about $30 a piece for a new glass insert and it is a simple do it yourself job.
