Cooling fan still on after stopping 850 1997

posted by  someone claiming to be mat on  Sun Feb 2 16:29 CST 2003 [RELATED]


The cooling fan does not stop after switching off engine especially when ambiant temperature is high. The engine temperature is normal - never exceeded the mid portion. Any idea how to rectify?. Scared battery may run out when left unattended in public parking lot.
