What is an environmental control panel? 850 1993

Hi Robert,

Are you talking about the panel that controls temperature, fan speed, AC and Recycle Vent?

If that is the case this is what I did.

Remove the radio first: Press latches on each side of the radio. Pull the radio out by the latchs. Disconnect radio cable(s).

There is a knob on the ceiling where the radio was. Depress that knob while pulling the ECC (Electronic Climate Control) unit. Detach cable(s) connected to the unit. Open the metal case and you will see the bulbs. I forgot if I had to take the control knobs out too.

Later.

Ronjon
