V70 Evaluation V70-XC70 1998

Hey guys,

Hoping to get an opinion on a possible purchase:

1998 V70 T-5 5-speed. White/ Tan Leather. All options.
102k miles (mostly highway)

Car includes a second set of wheels with winter rubber, a Thule rack and owner has put KONI shocks all around. Maintence has been performed on schedule (company car).

Going to look at it this weekend. He is asking $13k. What do you think? Anything I should specifically look for.
