HELP: Problem with alarm S70 1998

LED off - alarm is not armed

LED flashes 1 per second - alarm is on

LED flashes rapidly BEFORE ignition is switched on - alarm has been triggered

LED flashes rapidly for 15 seconds AFTER the ignition has been switched on - a fault has been detected
