Thanks for your time.
1st time: Car had been sitting for 2 hours, then drove a mile to a highway on- ramp. I was going thru tiptronic, and it died on the ramp at about 50mph. Had it towed (on 2 wheels)to a shop, where it immediately started again.
2nd time: Had been driving for 15 minutes at 70 mph on the highway when it just cut out. I coasted to a ramp, then pushed the car down a slight hill to a gas station. Started up again.
3rd time:Just got off the highway after a 30 minute drive, and the ramp was the kind where you don't stop but flow into traffic. Died right there. I waited 1/2 hour but couldn't get it started. I towed it again, this time it wouldn't start right up but the next morning it did.
The 1st and 2nd time the message center told me I had about 75 miles left on the tank. The 3rd time I had 140 miles left.
No fault messages ever.

I did take all other keys off my ring, but never had another transponder attached. It's ran well for 1 month now and seems to have a little more giddyup.
