'Low' horn died again! 850

I have a 95 850. When I bought the car it had a defective horn, and the ind. dealer later fixed it by repairing the grounding wire in the steering wheel, and replacing the "low" horn (with a junkyard part from another 850). Last week, in traffic I had to honk, and suddenly my low horn kicked out and I just heard the high horn.

Is there some way that my car is overpowering the horn and making it burn out faster, or could I just be the statistical fluke and have two of them burn out on me?
