getting misfire codes 850 1994

Need help. I'm getting a 231 code (long term fuel trim, at upper or lower limit), along with miss fire codes in cylinders 2-5. The car will some times run rough then clear up. In addition I get a strong hesitation at full throttle. Backing off throttle resumes smooth running. Recent work includes replacing all vacuum elbows, new plugs, new cap, new plug wires, new front O2 sensor. Any suggestions on where to look. Thanks. Car has 104,000 miles
