Yes, AFAIK it only comes in black (I don't think it's glass though). Now... if I were you, I'd try to find a few impartial people to look at the rear of the car, and ask them if they notice anything miscolored. Then if most people note the miscoloration, you should go back to the dealer and be frank with them... ask them if they would agree on an impartial person judging whether or not it is miscolored. Both of you must agree to completely abide with what the impartial person finds. Good luck.
