CD Changer S70

Well I finally did something about my lack of cd changer or player. I bought an FM modulated sony CD changer off Ebay and got a pretty good deal. Now the fun part ...where do i stick this thing ...it has a wired remote. I have heard of people doing it under the seat but im concerned it might be too tall its a 10 disc. Any suggestions??? Oh and by the way if anyone knows how power gets to this thing can they help me out because I dont know where to plug it into.
