C70 Conv. - top not up warning C70 2000

I'm having a problem with the sensor for the top not being up. If my car sits for about an hour, when I start it again and go forward, i get the warning beeps that the tops not all the way up. All i have to do is hold the top up button and it will lift the bottom of the top up a bit and then close it and the warning goes away. But this is a big pain since i have to stop to do it. Anyone know what i can check for this?

It's not a big issue since it's under warranty, but if it's quick, i'd rather take care of it than taking it to the dealership and waiting.
