Blinking Climate Control Lights

Yes, something is wrong. Mine occasionally do it also. Typically the temp. sensors are malfunctioning, which means you'll probably find that when you adjust your temperature setting, it doesn't work correctly. With mine, to get warm air, I have to be all the way on the hot side - one click down blows cold air. I have heard that there are tiny fans in the temp sensors (on the roof by the grab handles) and they get clogged. I've also heard that carefully vacuuming them out will help solve the problem, but I've not tried it yet. The dealer will happily charge you $60+ to diagnose & fix, but I'd try the vacuum first.
