headlight condensation

I've heard click and clack (among others) propose drilling a small drain hole into the bottom of the reflector. Nothing short of drainage and ventilation will get this out. You can probably pop off the lens, but don't wipe the reflectors - wipe only the glass. (The vapor deposition process used on some reflectors frequently results in a reflective surface than can just wipe off.)
