Replacement pistons/rings/connecting rod available for '94 850? 850

Bent the rod in #5 cylinder. I'd like to rework my engine (it's not a turbo). Volvo dealer wants to sell me an expensive rebuilt long block from Volvo. Don't have that kind of cash. Anybody know of a source for pistons/rings/rods? IPD doesn't carry them.

Also, anybody care to comment on whether rebuilding my engine is feasible? Advisable? None of the junkyards nearby has an 850 I could cannibalize.
