Tracs activating for no reason 850

I have a 97 850-R. For the past week the tracs system will activate for no
apparent reason. It doesn't happen all the time but at least 5 times in the
past week. I say the tracs because as long as the car is above 25 mph I don't have this problem. A short time after kicking in, the tracs and ABS lights
go on indicating that the system is deactivated. When I start the car again the
lights remain light until I get to the speed in which the system is checked
(18 MPH?), then I hear the ABS thunk, and the lights go off.
Any ideas? I'd like to think that it something like a dirty speed sensor, but
have no idea. In my previous 850 I had the ABS light activate randomly but that turnd out to be a bad wiring harness.
