O2 Sensor and Strut Mount Help 850

I have a '95 850 GLT the Check Engine light came on and the dealer wants $600 to replace the Oxygen sensors. Can I purchase aftermarket sensors, or do I have to stick to Volvo original parts at a premium price? Also, how difficult is it to replace the O2 sensors?

Additionally, the dealer wants $350 to replace the front strut mounting kit - the left front-end makes noises when I hit a rough patch. Do I need to replace the entire mounting kit, or just the spring seat? Also, how difficult is it to replace, and will I need special tools? - I'm not much of a mechanic!

I live in Northern NJ, can someone recommend a good Volvo mechanic?
