94 850 burns ALOT of oil 850 1994

i have a base 94 850 stick w/ 122k on it

went to warm it up this morning and * clouds * of oil smoke came out the pipe
i pushed the gas lightly and more came out

usually if i dont warm it up and just drive it it burnes a little oil but i'd assumed this is fairly normal

however this morning i feel like i fired up a 1985 chrysler labaron or something of that nature.

whaqt could be causing this? i switched to mobile 1 last year and had 1 oil seal that i replaced.

i hope this isn't valve seals or something
if there is another seal or anything i can do plz w/b
