Really? I've been a Volvo tech for over 18 yrs so where then do YOU think it can be adjusted? Take a look, read the OEM MT or clutch manuals then you tell me. My own 745T use to have a MT, hydraulic clutch setup too before I converted it to AT (big improvement for that car), it had no adjustments.
I've also worked on other import car makes for years that had no adjustment points, some suburus, BMW, some old english cars and none were adjustable.
