hot smell lingers 850

Ever snce we got the second 850 last fall (95/130k)ive noticed that it smells hot after its shut off. It will for quite some time aftr its parked fill the garage with a burning electrics smell. Its deff more a hot wires smell than a burnt oil thing. Any thoughts wouldbe appreciated--tia homer
