Buzzing Noise Under Driver side Dash 850

Hello,

I was wondering if I could get someone to help me answer a question. I own a 93 850 GLT and recently a buzzing noise started under the driver side dash, which sounds very much like an insect. It seems to be correlated to the engine speed. i.e. louder/faster when the car is going 40 + miles per hour. Conversely it stops when the car is under about 30 miles an hour and at rest. I've seen a couple of posts about a similar problem, but never found out how or if they were able to solve the problem. Does anybody have any ideas? I'd really like to see if I can get this problem resolved as I'm sure my wife is ready to quit driving around with me if I don't find a solution....
