Cruise Control diagram 850 1997

My cruise control in my 97 850 will hold speed, but it reacts slowly, and if I tap the brakes and try to "resume," it can't do it.

I have been told there is a vacuum leak in the cruise control mechanism. I can go trace everything out to find the hose that leaks, but it would be easier if I had some sort of diagram. Haynes doesn't even mention CC. Is there some other resource I can use for a guide short of getting the entire shop manual?
