Sunroof Problem 850

I am having trouble with my sunroof. It opens and shuts fine if I'm driving below 60mph. But when I'm on the highway, it won't close all the way, if it's been completely open. It gets all the way to the front of the hole and then can't make it up to seal. When I drive with my Volvo Ski Rack on, (in addition to the previous problem, the sunroof won't seal shut when it's opened end up. Is my sunroof mounted wrong or is my motor not giving enough power, or is it something else?

Also, anyone know how to fix the sagging fabric on the sunroofs sunshade? Mine sags a bit in the cold weather, but then is fine onces the car is warm.
