Snap Crackle and Pop in right side speakers. 850

'93 850 with Polk replacement speakers (all eight)
Problem: When I turn up or down the volume I get a snap or pop on the two passenger side door speakers. Not in the rear shelf only in the door. When I swapped out the speakers with the left side speakers - same thing. It's only on the right side both doors. Any hints? I think its wiring somewhere but sure. It drives me crazy. Once the volume knob is let go - its fine. This only started after the Polk's were put in and not right away. Took about six months before I noticed it.
