rough idle 850 1993

My 93 850 with 94k runs rough at idle,

the following has just been done,
new plugs, cap, rotor, wires
new flue fiter, new air filter
flame trap cleaned,
new timing belt,,
thermostat/ coolant flush.

thorttle body cleaned,

when i sit at a traffic light it is not smooth,
get worse when lots of stuff is on,

I am thinking it my battery, its getting old
but still turns the car over no problem.

check for vacume leaks< NOT SURE WHAT TO LOOK FOR
I do hear a hissing noise, not sure where.

erg ???

any help would be great
