Headlight Wiper V70-XC70 1998

my 97 850 did the same thing,

pop the hood so you can watch the wiper blade,
you will notice it will move a bit (back down) every time you start
it, it took me about 20 click to get it resting, than
disconect the wire, my wires where brown, near the headlights

if that dosent work, there is a cap that can be pryed off to reveal a bolt
to release the wiper from the shaft take off an put back on i the resting
mode, however you should disconect, its now out of place,
it may start working again and wipe your bumper instead of the headlight.

I recomend disconecting both, also you can tke a binder clip to block
the fluid hoses,

my car's has both disconected but I left them on the car for fun

93 and 97 850"s

repost if you have trouble
