Repacing Pollen Filters '00V40 S40-V40

My dealer didn't have a pollen filter in stock at last service. Rather than pop back, which is a round trip of almost 1000 kms, I thought I'd have a go at replacing it myself. "Arno" posted a note on 12FEB02 re this but the description I think related to a LHD V70.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a step-by-step description of the procedure for replacing the pollen filter on a RHD 2000 V40, please?
