Decent instructions there, and it will give you the locations you need to know about. You may find yourself pulling up more carpet than in the photos as you're running larger gauge wire.

Never run the cable under the car as you're likely to short it out if the car bottoms out, and that will produce a nice weld or hole in the underbody.

DO NOT neglect to install a nice 60 amp fuse at the battery. I've seen lots of kids neglect this and it's a great recipe for setting your car on fire.
