Fixing Odometer and AM/FM antennae 8Ä0 1993

My odometer has stopped at 130K. The speedometer works as does everything else. I know some would like this but I would rather know my actual mileage. Is there an easy fix??

Also, my antennae won't go down. It will come up on it's own and if I gently push the top down when it is making the noise it will retract all the way down. I gave it a dose of graphite thinking it might be sticking but that's not it.

Any suggestions???
