PNP switch 850 1993

My car, sometimes, used to start at 3rd gear on cold weather. The dealer had no clue what was wrong. They told me that the transmission is supposed to do that on slippery up hill drive way.

Later, I noticed my reverse light was acting up. After I got the PNP switch replaced I never had that 3rd gear start problem.
