Replacement tires for the S70...16inch.. S70

I have michelin MXV4 ...one of my tires has a bubble and is extremely dry rotted. I HATE spending at least 100 bucks for a single tire when I know for about 200-220 I can get a set of 4 new ones. Does anyone have a MXV4 195 60 16 around they would like to sell and does anyone know an excellent replacement tire other that michelins.
