Few Problems S70

i have a 98t5a and had the same problem with a rubbing noise that seemed to originate from the steering column area, usually during sub zero tempatures. the noise was coming from the rubber boot at the bottom of the steering column, where it meets the firewall. a little silicone tire dressing applied every 3-4 months solves the problem and my nerves.

i usually get during the winter, 20-24 miles the city and 29-33 on the hwy. maybe your o2 sensor or thermostat is malfunctioning?
