ok somebody doesn't like me... S70 1999

... first it was one of the little grill's on the side that was kicked in... fine, I didnt think anything about it, I figured it was just some little punk who noticed my car and decided to kick it and it was only $12 to replace it. But now the worst has happened... that same punk, i'm sure, keyed my car from one end to the other end of the side of the car. Words cannot explain how upset I am, but I cannot get my emotions get over me ... I have to think about what to do, in terms of fixing it and finding out who did it. Short term would be fixing it. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to fix it. I guess if worse comes to worse I would have to repaint the whole side of the car which obviously i'd prefer not to do since i'm on a budget. Thanks in advance.
