Considering a 96' 850 sedan, what's the big stuff?

I own a 90' 240 and a 90' 740. After 3-4 years I just got use to these beasts and now we are considering a 96' 850 sedan with 76k mileage. The asking price is $10,995, which I believe is a bit high but that's where we are starting. The car is a 1 owner (woman) and dealer serviced vehicle and in excellent shape in appearance. I want to bring it home and crawl all through the car to check everything out in my garage. What would be the top 10-15 things I should really look into? Thanks and if you have a list e-mail if you like.

Regards,
