Correct tire pressure 205/65/15 V70-XC70 1998

After reading in this forum the need for correct tire pressure to help minimize the opportunity of mechanical failure; I took another look inside the gas flap to see what mine is supposed to be. I notice there are 2 lines. The top one says 36 front 41 rear (recommended) for 5 occupants and 32/33 psi for 3 passengers. Am I reading this range correctly (I notice there is a 2nd label pasted over the first one) and what should I be using for your standard 2 adults and 2.2 offsprings? Thanks for the suggestions.
