Spark Plug Change S80 1999

I just replaced the plugs inmy 99' S80 with the Bosch platinum. You need a #30 torx to get the black platic cover off. It took about 45 minutes start to finish. In fact, the plugs are the most easily accessible of most cars I have owned (Honda's, BMW, Ford).

On that note, the engine does sound pepper, but I doubted I would actually hear or feel a difference due to the plugs. What else should get serviced at the same time as the spark plugs? Fuel Filter? Is that one difficult?
